Color your chocolate creations by using our spraying material : chocolate gun, chocolate compressor, but also chocolate airbrush for delicate spraying. For your work with our spraying material use the colored cocoa butter and the chocolate powder colorings.
Melt and keep on temperature the couverture chocolate by using our professional electronic dipping machines in stainless steel. To follow the temperature curve and crystallisation process use a thermometer and the special chocolate spatula that you can find in the section Pastry Tools.
